If you are going to email the membership form in make sure that it has been signed and dated and that the scan is clear and legible. We will return your email if it is illegible. Make sure to include proof of payment.

Alternatively, you can come into the club anytime and we will be able to process the payment and update your information on the spot. While you are there you are always welcome to have a shot and stick around for a chat.
